CurbFolio is provided by JEMEJ Apps as a private workspace for evaluating homes. This policy explains how the app handles information. CurbFolio does not require a CurbFolio account, and JEMEJ Apps does not operate a server that receives your listing or household data.

Information you provide

CurbFolio stores the information you enter, including property addresses and details, listing URLs, criteria, ratings, statuses, notes, and household changes. The app also creates timestamps and a random device identifier used to merge edits. This information is stored on your device and is not sent to JEMEJ Apps.

Google Drive and folder sync

If you enable sync, CurbFolio reads and writes CurbFolio household data in the Google Drive folder and file that you select. The app may retain the selected folder and file identifiers and the authorized Google account name on your device. Google authorization tokens are kept in memory and are not written to CurbFolio storage. People you authorize to access the household file can read and change its contents. Google handles Drive data under your Google account and Google's terms and privacy policy.

Listing pages and other storage providers

When you request automatic listing lookup, CurbFolio connects directly from your device to the listing URL you supplied and reads public page metadata. That website can receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser-style headers. CurbFolio does not send the result to JEMEJ Apps. The compatibility folder-sync option can also access only a folder you explicitly choose through Android's system picker; that storage provider processes the data under its own terms.

Device storage, backup, exports, and invites

App data is kept in Android app-private storage. Depending on your Android backup settings, eligible local app data may be copied to your configured Android backup service; CurbFolio excludes its device identity and sync-folder authorization from backup and device transfer. Export and household-invite files are created only when you request them and may remain in apps or locations where you share or save them.

Collection, sharing, advertising, and sale

JEMEJ Apps does not collect, sell, or use your CurbFolio data for advertising. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDK. Data leaves the device only for features you direct, such as Google Drive sync, Android backup, listing-page lookup, or sharing an export or household invite.

Security

CurbFolio relies on Android app isolation, HTTPS connections, Google authorization, and the access controls of storage providers. You control who can access a shared household file. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure, so protect your device, Google account, exports, and shared-folder permissions.

Retention and deletion

JEMEJ Apps retains no copy of your app data because CurbFolio does not send it to us. You can delete listings in the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data from the device, subject to your Android backup settings. Stopping sync or revoking Google access stops future access but does not delete data already stored in Google Drive. Delete the CurbFolio household file, exports, invites, and backups from their storage locations when you no longer want them.

Children

CurbFolio is not directed to children under 13, and JEMEJ Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when CurbFolio's features or data practices change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be reflected in the app and this public page.
